From 2013 until 2017 I taught biannually as a Visiting Lecturer of Psychology at Columbia University my course entitled Self-Regulation: The Science of Becoming your Better Self which was awarded the Columbia University GSAS award for new course design in 2012. I care deeply about facilitating individuals in their journey towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
